A new
Author

The project questions the notion of authorship as referenced from the Roland Barthes text, 'Death of an author'. Roland Barthes suggests that whenever we evaluate creative work, we consider only the authors ideas, beliefs and methodology but none of these are the authors own and perhaps does not belong to anyone in particular. This project asks If the architect is the true author of the work of art or if it is the reader that ultimately consumes it. This project aims to study and question Le Corbusier’s architectural discourse by posing a subversive narrative through explorations in form and content.
