Aparajitha is a 4500 Sq.ft residential project integrated with an office space, for the business group in Madurai, India. It is primarily used as a guest house by the directorial staff of the company & as a back end office. It also capable of hosting formal conferences, parties and client meetings. The building is distributed along 4 floors and includes mezzanine levels as informal spillover spaces.

The lower floor houses the commercial zones such as office spaces, a conference room & the visitors lobby. -The first floor becomes a private zone for the chairman which houses his library, private cabin & dining room overlooking the visitors lobby. -The two immediate upper levels house the residential zone which contains the recreational area, swimming pool & guest suites. For sentimental reasons belonging to the client, the views towards an existing tree on the site are to be maximized. The tree was required to be visible upon entry to the building and from every living space.
